सोलानीपुरम की सड़को की स्थिति अत्यंत दयनीय है। इससे बेहतर तो समीप ही सटे गांव खंजरपुर की सड़कों की है। सोलानीपुरम की कोई भी गली ऐसी नही है जहाँ की सडके अच्छी हालत में हों। यहाँ की कई सडके लगभग पाँच से दस वर्ष पूर्व बनी हैं और अब जीर्ण क्षीर्ण हालत मे अंतिम साँसे गिन रही हैं। इनमे गहरे गढ्ढे हो गये हैं जिनके कारण अक्सर महिलाओं का रिक्शे से गिरने का डर बना रहता है। बरसात के दिनों मे इन गढढों मे पानी भर जाता है। बच्चे भी अक्सर गिरकर चोट लगवा लेते हैं। बाइक व स्कूटर का बैलेंस बिगडना तो आम बात है। अब तो रिक्शा वाला भी टोक देता है कि बाबूजी कैसी जगह रहते हो! सर शर्म से झुक जाता है।
परंतु चयनित जन प्रतिनिधिओं को इससे क्या। वो तो अभी कुंभकरण की नींद सो रहें है। कोई नगाडा बजाओ भाई । शायद जनता भी नींद मे है। नगाडा कौन बजाऐ।
बदहाल सडके हमे ठेंगा दिखा रही हैं..मानो हम पर व्यंग कर रही हों। और अहं के मारे हम कुछ कर ही नही पा रहें हैं।
जनप्रतिनिधिओं के पास ऐक घिसा पिटा सा जवाब है कि बजट नही है। अगर बजट नही है तो घर बैठो भैया ...क्यो जनता का भेजा हर पाँच वर्ष बाद खराब करते हो।
मेरा यह मानना है कि चाहे कोई सभासद हो या चेयरमैन या विधायक - सभी जनता के चुने हुऐ हैं अत: वे जनता के प्रति जवाबदेह हैं। विकास कार्य के नाम पर ये जनता से वोट मांगते हैं और चुनने के बाद यही काम उनकी प्राथमिकता सूची मे चार वर्ष बाद आता है। सोलानीपुरम मे तो लगता है ऐसा ही हो रहा है। ऐसा तब है जब यहाँ के सभासद रुड़की के अन्य सभासदों से ज्यादा बेहतर व अनुभवी हैं और आज भी सोलानीपुरम मे उनका कोई विकल्प नही है। आज भी वे सोलानीपुरम के सभी उभरते नेताओं पर भारी हैं। बावजूद इसके वे सोलानीपुरम की दम तोडती सड़कों पर ध्यान क्यों नही दे रहें हैं, यह समझ से परे है।
और अंत मे एक कुटेशन शिव खेरा की पुस्तक जीत आपकी (You Can Win) से - अगर हम समस्या के समाधान का हिस्सा नही हैं तो शायद हम ही समस्या हैं।

ReplyDeleteWe are already under correspondence with the chief Minister and respective Department. The following main problems which have been taken up with government are follow :
ReplyDelete• Installation of tube well: - The tube well has already been sanctioned. Funds have also been transferred, three time the tender has been invited. Now only the work is to be started. Thus it is an achievement of the samiti.
• Pipe line:-Partly the pipe line has been lay down and remaining will be done soon as the work of tube well will be started. Again an achievement of the samiti.
• Sewer line: - The matter has already been taken up. Survey work has been done. This will take some time due to this is in master PLAN OF ROORKEE.
• Transformer :- Installation of 400 kv is already been taken up with the DGM and the estimate has been sent to his higher authority for sanctioning it.
• Three face line :- The matter has already discussed with the DGM & he has assured that this work will done shortly.
• Street light :- Almost 80% area has been covered out, of which 60% of the area has been operated with one main switch. One more switch will be install near main gate.
• Road and drain :- The chairman Nagar Palika Roorkee has been approached . we are trying that this time the entire road is made by hot mix. Accordingly the drain work will done.
We feel that Jan kalian samiti is quit active and are doing the best of their efforts. We should not forget that the Rome was not built in a day. since the entire work is to be done by the government definitely this will take time.

I think the above comments are only written by some samiti member. Plese dont praise yourself so much bcs if u do gud work u dont hv to shout and tell it to other everyone can see it. Yes still if samiti is doing gud work and people are not aware of it kindly tell them in proper way.

ReplyDelete1. Keep on tweaking to access information from newspapers and Municipality.
2. Whatever actions are already being taken/likely to be taken by various government bodies, scribble some letters regarding them to some authorities.
3. Credit yourself mischieviously for getting all the developmental work done.
4. Spread the message by word of mouth/handbills and keep on patting your own back. Shaabaaaaash !!!
